THREE SIMPLE STEPS
No sign-up. No installation. Just your presentation.
Open the viewer ↗Choose Open PPTX or drop a .pptx file into the viewer. Local mode reads it on your device.
Select a thumbnail, search for a topic, adjust the zoom, or open the speaker notes. Arrow keys move between slides when the viewer is focused.
Select Present for a focused view. Export a slide as an image, or use Print / PDF and your browser’s Save as PDF option.
GOOD TO KNOW
Local mode processes your PPTX file in this browser. The viewer does not send the document or its contents to a server. If a site operator enables optional server conversion and you select it, your file is sent to that service. The site may load Google advertising separately.
Local viewing supports common text, images, shapes, tables, theme colors, layouts and basic charts. Some fonts, advanced formatting, SmartArt, embedded objects and effects may differ. Animations and transitions are static. Rendering notes appear when known limitations are detected. For another rendering option, use PowerPoint or the desktop app’s native XAML viewer and export menus.
Open unencrypted .pptx files up to 40 MB and 250 slides in a current Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser with native deflate-raw support. Older .ppt, .ppsx, password-protected files and ZIP64 packages are not supported. Save these as a standard .pptx first.
PPTX Viewer is a viewer. Your original presentation is never modified. Use your presentation editor to change slide content.
Choose Print / PDF, allow the print window, then click Print in that window. Select Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. For best results, disable headers and footers, use landscape orientation and choose no margins.
Yes. The updated desktop app passes your selected PPTX file through a local file channel. This website renders the presentation, while the desktop menus can still save images and convert the same file to PDF.
